Kerry, Kerry, Kerry… November 3, 2006

Something needs to be said about Kerry. To be honest I haven’t listened to exactly what he said and I don’t really care. He said something dumb, very dumb, and at the worse possible time. Does this mean that he “doesn’t support the troops” no, don’t be stupid. People are bitter about the war, we want it to end but we don’t want their country to completely collapse either. Unfortunately those who have been running the show with absolute incompetence, and I’m not talking about anyone in a uniform, have left us in a no win situation. I’m not going to go any further with why this illegal war was a disaster from the first time Bush implied that Saddam has something to do with 9/11. No this is about Kerry, he screwed up and he screwed up bad, this has played right into the hands of the Republican machine including now when the Democrats take back fewer seats than they expected because of massive disenfranchisement (and Diebold, and other voter fraud) the news will just say, wow Kerry’s remark had a bigger impact than we expected and will call it a day.
And if you don’t believe me then just think about how many times you’ve seen that banner from the troops making fun of Kerry, which was actually pretty funny, and how many times have you seen troops protesting Bush in the news? And don’t try to say that no troops are angry with Bush, or Cheney, or Rumsfeld most especially Rumsfeld.
Kerry is like a lot of us ordinary people. We say something and then somebody says “do you know what you just said?”. Well, that is not what I meant. It just came out the wrong way. I listened to what he said and, as a Vietnam Vet, understood exactly what he was saying. It even made sense. And I agreed with him. But now I get it and see his error.
bush has done that a few times as well… several books worth, literally.
I really think Bush is dumming down to be attractive to a certain class of voters. I can’t believe that this Harvard educated, New England raised man is that brain dead. Has to be a act. But then again, his father let out a number of dandies.
He was born in Conneticut but he did grow up in Texas, which is why he speaks spanish very well, or at least as well as he speaks english. And I think he went to andover, not harvard (could be wrong) but still a very good school. He was a C student with a billionaire father in the CIA and was a legacy, so to be honest his Actual intelligence could be pretty much anywhere without suprising me.
WHY JOHN KERRY CANNOT GET ELECTED PRESIDENT
IN 1958, I NEEDED SUMMER WORK BETWEEN COLLEGE YEARS, APPLIED AT THE HEINZ CO. IN JACKSONVILLE, FL.
AFTER A 5-MIN TEST,A LENGTHY TAPED INTERVIEW AND A THREE-DAY WAIT, I NAIVELY WENT BACK TO THE HEINZ CO. AND WANTED TO KNOW IF I WAS HIRED.
I WAS SHOWN A LONG WALL OF PICTURES OF THE HEADS OF THE HEINZ MEN WHO HAD BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR 25 YEARS.
THE EXECUTIVE SAID TO ME: “YOUR RESUME, INTERVIEW AND ENTHUSIASM WERE IMPRESSIVE, BUT THE ANSWER IS “NO.”
THEN HE SAID:”WE ONLY USE BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES WHEN WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS. UNFORTUNATELY,MY BOSS HAS CONCLUDED THAT YOU ARE NOT A BEEFSTEAK.”
IN THE LAST ELECTORIAL RACE, IT DID NOT TAKE LONG FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO CONCLUDE THAT MR. AND MRS JOHN KERRY WERE NOT BEEFSTEAKS AND THAT IS WHY JOHN DID NOT CATCH-UP WITH GEORGE BUSH’S NUMBER OF VOTES AND WIN THE PRESIDENCY.
HIS PERSISTENT NEGATIVE VOTING AND HER TV LIE ON CAMERA LEFT THEM AS RED AS THE KETCHUP BOTTLE AND INDICATED THAT THERE WERE INDEED 57 VARIETIES OF THE HEINZ FAMILY IN THE TWO OF THEM, WHEN NEITHER ONE WOULD OWN UP TO THEIR OFF-BRAND REPLACEMENT FOR THE BEEFSTEAK TRUTH.
AFTER THAT, IT DIDN’T MATTER WHO GEORGE BUSH WAS, HE WASN’T THE KERRYS.
